All Product Prices are in Canadian Currency.

Terms and Conditions for HugAlign pillow, Colfen Holdings Corp. By placing your order for Hug align pillow you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return your unused item(s) back to HugAlign, within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order, in the original packaging and with original packing slip and receipt, and we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs). This refund will then be processed when we receive your returned unused product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept “bill recipient” packages.

Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns and exchanges. You can obtain an RMA number by calling customer service 1-855-416-6768. The RMA number must be on the packing slip and on the outside of the box, or else Colfen Holdings Corp will refuse the shipment. The amount will be deducted from your refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I understand this product is not intended, and Colfen Holdings Corp, makes no claim that our products are suitable for curing or treating body ailments, disease, diagnosing illness or prevent diseases and does not provide any specific medical advice.

This product is safe for most pregnant women, always consult with a doctor if you are in any way concerned how your body may be affected by this product.

SHIPPING & HANDLING METHOD

All orders will be processed and will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx, depending upon country and size of the order.
